摘要：El artículo propone una interpretación sobre la crisis de la forma-Estado en América Latina. Consideramos que existe una relación paradójica entre el debilitamiento (fracaso) de la forma- Estado, como principio relacional y estructural que marca el inminente ocaso de la sociedad y de la rearticulación de la comunidad humana; y el fortalecimiento (éxito) del aparato estatal, a través de reformas económicas, administrativas y políticas, que intensifican el proceso de dominación y despojo. Concluimos que existe una comunidad institucionalizada en diversas escuelas de pensamiento, que explican y dan cuenta de una realidad que en términos sistémicos, están basadas en diagnósticos fragmentarios de la realidad, por lo que es necesario retomar categorías como clase social y totalidad, para comprender el antagonismo fundacional del Estado y el origen estructural de la crisis, como orden y condición social.
其他摘要：This article is an interpretation of the crisis of the state-form in Latin America. We believe that there is a paradoxical relationship between the weakening (failure) of the state-form, relational and structural principle marking the imminent decline of the society and the re-articulation of the human community, and strengthening (success) the state apparatus through economic reforms, administrative and political, which intensify the process of domination and dispossession. We conclude that there is an institutionalized community in various schools of thought that explain and account for a fact that in systemic terms, diagnoses are based on fragmentary reality, so it is necessary to use categories such as social class and totality to understand the State foundational antagonism and structural origin of the crisis, such as order and social conditions.
