摘要：El presente artículo estudia los orígenes y el desarrollo del sistema de huertas en la villa de Aguascalientes en el siglo XVII. A partir de la cédula de fundación de la villa, los autos dictados por el oidor Gaspar de la Fuente en 1609 y sobre todo el título de composición sobre el agua del manantial del Ojocaliente que se ajustó en 1644 con el oidor Cristóbal de Torres, se proponen algunas ideas sobre la formación de las primeras huertas. Se estudia también la formación del barrio de Triana, característico por sus huertas, y las disputas que tuvo con la villa por el control del agua. A fines del siglo XVII, las huertas ya eran una característica esencial del lugar y un importante medio de vida de sus habitantes. El artículo se inscribe en la línea de investigación recientemente abierta por Sánchez Rodríguez, Ribera Carbó y otros estudiosos, que proponen el estudio y revaloración de los huertos urbanos, no sólo ni principalmente porque daban “un toque de color” a las villas y ciudades novohispanas, sino porque explican una variable fundamental del abasto urbano de alimentos.
其他摘要：This article examines the origins and development of the system in the villa gardens of Aguascalientes during the seventeenth century. From the charter of foundation of the town, the orders of the hearer Gaspar de la Fuente in 1609, and especially the title composition on the Ojocaliente spring water, which was adjusted in 1644 with the Judge Cristobal de Torres, some ideas on the formation of early orchards are proposed. The formation of the Triana neighborhood, which is characteristic for its orchards, and the disputes it had with the villa for the water control is also studied. In the late seventeenth century, the gardens were already an essential feature of the place and an important way of life of its inhabitants. This article is part of the newly opened line by Sanchez Rodriguez, Ribera Carbo and other scholars who proposed the study and reevaluation of urban gardens investigation, not principally because they gave “a touch of color” to the towns and cities of the New Spain but because they explain a fundamental variable of urban food supply.
