摘要：El presente artículo, constituye la segunda partede una primera publicación relacionada a laimplementación de un Sistema de Gestión deCalidad (SGC) en la Unidad de Posgrado (UPG)de la Facultad de Ingeniería Industrial en laUNMSM. En esta ocasión se aborda el siguienteproblema ¿Cómo adaptar y validar el SGCbajo la norma ISO 9001:2008 en la Unidad dePosgrado de la Facultad de Ingeniería Industrialen la UNMSM? Los resultados obtenidos sematerializaron en la obtención del certificado decalidad en dicha norma para la UPG. Los autoresparticiparon como líderes en el equipo de trabajoque consiguió este logro.
