标题：RELEVAMIENTO DE LA SITUACIÓN TRIBUTARIA DE LAS UNIDADES SUBNACIONALES EN ARGENTINA. DETERMINANTES DE LA FUNCIÓN DE RECAUDACIÓN IMPOSITIVA EN CHACO, CHUBUT, MISIONES, SALTA, SAN LUIS, SANTA CRUZ, RÍO NEGRO

摘要：El presente trabajo corresponde a la continuación del proyecto de investigación “Relevamiento de la situación de recaudación en las provincias. Determinantes de la función de Recaudación Impositiva Provincial”5 . En esta oportunidad hemos profundizado el desarrollo del tema, en un grupo de provincias argentinas que presentan características estadísticas similares. La temática consiste en examinar la relación entre una serie de variables independientes con la recaudación del Impuesto provincial sobre los Ingresos Brutos para el grupo de provincias argentinas: Chaco, Chubut, Misiones, Salta, San Luis, Santa Cruz, Río Negro en el periodo 2002-2005. Se ha podido contrastar empíricamente el modelo expuesto más abajo, con salvedades y limitaciones de la disímil intensidad de la correlación de algunas variables independientes con la variable dependiente, es decir la recaudación del Impuesto sobre los Ingresos Brutos. H0 : RIB : ƒ (PBI, PBG, NA, π, A, S) Se ha empleado exitosamente una metodología de contrastación empírica de hipótesis mediante el empleo de herramientas informáticas para procesamiento estadístico y econométrico de los datos. Se han obtenido resultados que consideramos de valor científico, los que han permitido formular propuestas para continuar con las investigaciones en la dirección señalada por dichos resultados, que esperamos sean valiosos para todos sus beneficiarios
其他摘要：This work is the continuation of the research project “Survey of the situation of re-covery in the provinces. Determining the role of Provincial Tax Collection” This time we have deepened the survey in a group of pro- Argentine provinces that have characteristics similar stats. The theme is to examine the relationship between a number of variables indepen - teeth with the collection of provincial tax on gross income for a group of Argentine provinces: Chaco, Chubut, Misiones, Salta, San Luis, Santa Cruz, Río Negro in 2002-2005. It has been empirically the model set out below, with caveats and limitations of dissimilar intensity correlation of some independent variables with the dependent variable, ie the collection of tax on gross income. In this paper we explore the relation among several independent variables and the Gross Collection of Income Tax, at state level, for the Provinces from Argentina. We have employed successfully a methodology of empirical contrast and verifica-tion of hypothesis with the use of software tools which allow the statistical and econometric data process. We have obtained some results, which we considered of scientific value, showed in the next point 1.3 and developed analytically through the paper. This results offer to us the possibility of propose the continuity of the research in order to improve the quality, with the hope that the stake holders consider that more valuable.
