摘要:Abstract The purpose of this study was to examine reflective thinking skills of educational employees working at different type education institutions in terms of some variables. 132 individuals participated to study voluntarily. %34.8 of participants is male, %65.2 is female. Besides, %50 of participants Works at private school, %42.4 works at public school and %7.6 works at university. Questionnaire form comprised of two sections was used as data collection material. In the first section, individual knowledge form developed by researchers. Determination Scale of Reflective Thinking Skills is existed in the second section. Scale is comprised of 4 sub-dimensions in the shape of constant and oriented thinking, opened mindedness, interrogative and effective education, teaching responsibility and scientificity, researcher, being visionary and sincere, viewing to vocation. SPSS 15.0 for Windows Package Program was used in analysis of data obtained. In the result of applied analyses, no significant difference was found in reflective thinking score considering gender, martial status and education level (p>0.05). Significant difference was found in being visionary and sincere considering school types (p
