摘要：Experimental research of steels, used in nuclear industry is conducted by the method of positron annihilation spectroscopy (Method of Temporal Distribution of Annihilation Photons). The experimental data process and their comparison with literary data enabled to detect vacancy defects, including the ones, induced by neutron irradiation and determine their sizes.
