摘要：Relevance of the study is due to a number of social, economic and penal factors. Social factors are due to the role and value of the penal system in the prevention of crime, the implementation of enforcement, social and preventative function. Economic factors caused material costs on the content of the correctional institutions under the federal budget. Criminal Executive aspect relevance of the investigated problem is caused by humanization objectives of the criminal system, its focus on the goal of correction through the elimination of internal conditions that led the offender to commit the crime. The article deals with the principles of prison staff on the implementation of the principles of modern criminal-executive legislation in Russia.
