摘要：In article, in conformity to requirements of the modern world, are considering the theoretical-methodological bases on creation of system of the cooperation of agrarianindustrial complex of Azerbaijan, where are entering: agricultural production co-operative, consumer co-operative of agrarian sector, regional associations of co-operatives, central specialising associations (unions), are defining twelve base principles, are describing the properties of basic and associative members of co-operative, are showing the forms of their integration.
