摘要：The article reflects the theoretical aspects of understanding the ethnopolitical culture as an integral part of the overall political culture, its characteristics, features and development. The author proposes a definition of the political culture of the citizens through ethnic perspective, the specificity of ethnic consciousness, which affects the economic, political and social development. Notes that there are States where ethnic issues come to the fore, generating human relationship to reality.
