摘要：Authors consider the modern mechanism of public investment in the Russian economy, its problems and prospects of development. In particular, authors analyzed such sources of public investment as budget and state funds. It was found that poor management in this area could lead to emergence of crisis phenomena in the economy. Authors developed a new model of state participation in the regulation of investment processes in the Russian economy.
