摘要：In the article the relationship between intellectualization and business planning of the enterprise was discussed. The essence of the process of intellectualization was investigated. Basic elements of the process of development of a business plan as the product of intellectual activity were highlighted. The necessity of intellectualization of the business planning process in order to improve business efficiency was proved.
