摘要：The paper introduces the lately discovered new economic laws that have a great impact on economics on regional and world level. By new economic laws we understand two paradoxes of saturated markets: the paradox of growing return ability and the paradox of debt trap. Under the condition of market saturation, these economic laws operate in a different way than under ordinary conditions when markes are unsaturated. Therefore these laws have not been noticed for a long time or wrongly understood. New economic laws perform a crucial role in the formation of declines and during the economic crises. Rightly understood, the economic laws would allow for the balansed economic expansion.
