摘要:The author considers destructive communications in business contacts and their negative influence on the level of interaction and communication results. Main types of defective communications and their specificity of manifestation in business contacts are shown. Aggressive behavior and its destructive nature for business ties are significantly emphasized. Special attention is paid to matters of teaching to cooperate as a technology of prophylaxis of manifestations of destructive communications in business interaction.
