摘要：Library is a unit that performs books collecting, storaging and maintaining which systematically processed by librarians. Library is a part of educational facility. As the center of educational process, library can give the support and motivation in improving educational quality. The lack of book collections in library affect on need, data and information, even users qualities. This problem is very related to books selection. Books selection is the most important aspect in library sphere. Because it’s related to which books are good and suitable for users in a library. So it’s very necessary to select a book based on users need.
