  • 摘要:Today, knowledge management is an approach to many libraries. Library services for students at higher education play an important role to support studying-teaching processes. Nevertheless, it is still very difficult to apply. The bigger demand of students for the library services is a consequence in library management. To meet users satisfaction of library service given by the librarians, it is necessary to raise an application of knowledge management optimally to support service quality. The main objective is to recreate a knowledge and to share with another librarian or users.
