摘要：The development of World Wide Web is getting more sophisticated than ever. From web 1.0 with static display of information, it turns to become a web 2.0 in which users can create comments while consuming the information. Now, with the development of web 3.0, the features of web services have been addedwith more ability of executing in part of users. This article will further describe the implementation of web 3.0 in library services. The author remains that the use of web 3.0 does not necessarily mean replacing the use of theancestors, but it just a compliment instead.
