摘要:The article deals with the description of substantive aspects of prospective fundamental scientific research in the field of educational informatization in terms of intelligence development, socialization and information security of contemporary man, living in information-oriented society of globalization and network communication. It also discloses philosophic-methodological, social-educational and medical-psychological foundations of informational-educational environment creation and development, as well as teachers and managers training in terms of its functioning. The necessity of creation psychological, methodological and medical-social support of a user, interacting with interactive training aids at cognitive-informational level has been determined. Special attention is attached to the issues of high-tech health saving informational-educational environment development and functioning and informational security of a person.
