摘要:The lifestyle can be defined as a way of life, where living conditions and patterns of individual behavior, in turn determined by sociocultural factors surrounding and personal characteristics, which determines their relationship to interact environment, relationships and health. This study aimed to describe the lifestyle of young students in vulnerable population, Grade 9 ° and 10 ° of a public institution of secondary education in the Comuna 1, the District of Santa Marta. The methodology used was descriptive quantitative, with cross design. The sample consisted of 93 students between 13-18 years of age, which was applied to the questionnaire FANTASTIC lifestyles saludables, validated in Colombia. As a result it was found that 60% of teenagers have lifestyles within the “danger zone” (presence of unhealthy risk behaviors), and the other 40% was located in the “somewhat low” level in healthy behaviors.
