摘要：The enduring development of DSS applications requires that new technologies be exploited to allow new classes of decision be supported. Urbanization prediction from planning and development point of view is the imperative requisite of time. This paper discusses the use of a Geographic Information System (GIS) as a Decision Support System (DSS) generator to create Spatial Decision Support Systems (SDSS). Many important areas of DSS application, such as routing or marketing, make use of spatial information. This paper argues that the development of such systems will allow effective support be provided for decisions which make use of spatial data.
