摘要:The article describes the current issues of Russia’s resorts development, presents resorts comparative analysis and general data, concerning every region. The authors have come to the conclusion that competitive environment is the motive power for any resort and for the employees of resort facilities. Competitive analysis has been conducted in order to win customer preferences through the development and implementation of new services. As a result, it will help to capture the competitive share of the market, corresponding to the resort profile.
