摘要：The article considers the prospects of cluster technologies use in tourist and recreational sphere efficiency increase, justifies the use of cluster theory for the planning of Krasnodar Region recreational sphere development, proves that cluster development is based on the system of prediction and planning of separate territorial units and enterprises with high level of recreational potential development. Results of the research have both theoretical and practical importance and can be used for further development of theoretical and practical issues of resort clusters’ development regulation and state support.
