摘要：The practical implementation of the concept of process management requires documentary description of enterprise’s business processes. Modeling of business processes, allowing both to count and consolidate businesses and functions and to define interaction between the elements of the organizational and functional structure is widely applied for this purpose. The article reviews the main methods of modeling of business processes, based on a graphic description.
