摘要：The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between the extent of quality management implementation and quality of production in Malaysia’s manufacturing companies. A questionnaire survey was prepared and distributed to manufacturing companies in Malaysia. Analysis of the data in this study supports a strong positive relationship between the implementation of quality management and quality of production which was consistent as claimed in the previous studies.
