摘要：This article starts from the origins of Turkish music in the development process by examining the factors that influence it which could lead to the formation of the elements are addressed and shapes the contemporary art. Westernization movements in the Ottoman Empire, the cause of new music and aspects of the social strata effects, abandoning the heterodox elements and the expectations of the official ideology from art were investigated. As a result of all these processes, influences on their works of some of today's composers have been investigated in the production of new music. Detachedly grown Eastern and Western musicians in Turkey are examined and recommendations are put forward for the future of art . Another intended point is to provide a summary of Turkish music for Western Music educated people.
