摘要：This article analyzes demonstrations of natural hazards, their space – time patterns are identified, and the extent of natural hazards on the territory of Astrakhan region is evaluated. A set of thematic charts and maps was developed; the influence of natural hazards in local areas of the region was evaluated. A number of measures to mitigate the negative impact by natural hazards on the environment and population vital activities of the region is offered.
