摘要:The purpose of this study, which is a major name in the education of gifted Dr. Cho 's about gifted education is to put forward their views. Dr. Seokhee Cho is a Professor at the School of Education, St. John’s University. She is currently conducting three research projects funded by US Department of Education: Project HOPE as a Principal Investigator, Project WIN and Project LEADER as a research director.
