摘要：Modern administration requires professionals with subject area, social and action competence. The present article introduces the Tyrolean Administrative Academy and the Tyrolean Municipal Academy, which have been planned, implemented and evaluated since 2007 by the Grillhof Educational Centre (Tyrol) in cooperation with the Department of Organisation and Human Resources of the Office of the Provincial Government of Tyrol. The article describes target groups, course contents, methodological and didactic principles and evaluation methods, and concludes with a few remarks on learning-objective orientation.
