摘要：Lifelong learning seems to be a political programme that on the one hand demands ongoing adaptation by individuals in the face of increasingly accelerating technological and social transformation and on the other hand wants to offer tools to support this process. This article demonstrates that the lifelong learning concept is more than a development-oriented educational concept in terms of the potential for democratic action. Learning becomes an individual and collective human experience; it is the mode for a civilizing concept.
