摘要：This article outlines the project KOMKOM - Competence Expansion through Competence Determination (2011 to 2014), in which a resource-oriented competence determination procedure was developed that records professional and interdisciplinary competences of transit employees in social integration enterprises. Its development-oriented character contributes to the strengthening of the target group. Through the use of concrete determination characteristics, abilities and skills acquired before and during employment become apparent, thereby raising awareness and naming these learning outcomes. Through the easily accessible (prospective) connection to both lower levels of the future National Qualification Framework, the KOMKOM tool is an example of inclusive education. The article provides insight into the background, concerns and implementation of this procedure in the area of the technical trades.
