摘要：The association Frauentreffpunkt in Salzburg has been a point of contact for women with different situations in life for over 30 years. The author outlines the common experience of counsellors and therapists and their subsequent view of the problems of women who seek counselling. Along with repetitive physical labour, flaws in the health care system and a lack of support systems, topics include harmful patterns of behaviour that go hand in hand with the traditional female gender role. For Frauentreffpunkt, health prevention also means encouraging women to recognize their own needs as women and to take these needs seriously. (Ed.)
