摘要：The need for good egovernment services increases day by day. This huge demand puts the governments around the world in a real challenge. The challenge is represented by the need for improving the e services and evaluating the overall quality of egovernment system to meet the citizens’ real needs and expectations. Therefore there is a need for developing a scale to measure the quality of egovernment services. In this paper we will validate and verify the dimensionality of our proposed scale for measuring the quality of egovernment system using principal components analysis and Cronbach's alpha. The results of validation insure that the proposed scale has a high acceptable validity and reliability.
