  • 摘要:Image Restoration modifying the value of picture elements is a classical method for improving the visual perception. For restoration, image is segmented and then biogeography based optimization is applied to segmented image. Biogeography based optimization (BBO) is type of evolutionary algorithm which involves the methodology of modifying a system in order to make some aspect of it work more efficiently. Segmentation should stop when objects of interest in an application have been isolated. In this way image is interpreted by extracting the set of contours from image. By using biogeography based segmentation, noise and blurring is removed to greater extent and we get better visual quality of image .The obtained result image will get better visual perceptibility
