  • 摘要:A method is proposed for the direct conversion of MDCT coefficient to DFT coefficients and it is valid for any pair of MDCT & DFT for different window functions like Blackman, tukey, Bartlett. Here we decompose the matrix i.e., MDCT to DFT conversion in to a Toeplitz part plus a Hankel part. Splitting, mirroring, and combining with the above conversion matrix we can construct a global Toeplitz matrix; which leads to a fast FIR filtering implementation of the total conversion procedure. The filter taps are DFT coefficients of window function products and concentrate most of their energy in a few low frequency taps. Thus by keeping a few significant no of taps we can efficiently approximate the conversion matrix.
