摘要：In the Terminology of Computer Science, we have seen many Aspects starting from Simulation Technology to Real Life based Solution, or robot based solution. In that Aspect of Consideration, We have taken into consideration to implement the technology which can give the reutilization of some of the event detection mechanism which would be faster than the instrument to give a glimpse of comparison to the Instrumentation which may be earthquake or cyclone etc. Hence, we considered to put forward our approach to the best of the technological aspect of considering the social media like Microblogging site Twitter where we have taken tweets Facebook content based on the geo Spatial affective versioning and the processing is done with the best of key words based on big data based Mapping putting forward as the NoSQL based approach to provide the best effective solution.
