摘要:Coverage Extension is an important consideration for enhancing the network connectivity without changes in the infrastructure. So, in the existing system in order to enlarge the network coverage in wireless networks, an incentive and a scheduling algorithm are presented. Also considers the impacts in the qualityofservice whenever increasing the coverage. So, the crosslayer approach is used to optimize the QoS parameters. But the drawback is there is less channel availability and service differentiation is not considered. So, in this manuscript an innovative technique is introduced which is called hybrid scheduling algorithm for enhancing channel availability and service differentiation. The hybrid scheduling algorithm includes the channel access scheduling and the Energy Efficient based Packet Scheduling. To improve the availability, the channel access probability is determined for the different users. So, according to the channel access probability the channel is assigned to the users. The packet scheduling is used for diminishing the energy consumption by adjusting transmission rates of the packets with the delay restrictions of individual packets. The main objective is to decrease the energy consumption and improve the availability in the wireless networks. An experimental result shows that the proposed method achieves less energy consumption and high channel availability.
