摘要：In internet there is a lot of data for the transmission from one network to another. There exists a packet loss while transmitting and the network performance get degrades when there is congestion. As we know different numbers of protocols like TCP, UDP etc become helpless when there is high traffic. So, we have adapted a new protocol known STLCC (Stable Token Congestion Control).This mechanism is used for controlling the network congestion and enhance the network performance. STLCC is a combination of XCP (Explicit Congestion Protocol) and TLCC (Token Limited Congestion Control). There is no need to deploy any other protocols in internet when using STLCC.
