摘要:Many researchers have indicated that there are skills that are going to be essential for the future workforce. This review helps identify these skills and the applicability of these skills to job performance of the future organization competing in a globalized environment. The review provides insight into each of the ten listed skills and also information on how the skills will be useful for future organizations. The review will extend previous literature regarding the identified ten skills essential for future organizations. Providing this analysis of the literature and potential applicability of these identified essential skills will help guide and focus additional studies relating to future job performance requirements.
