摘要:There is an urgent need of transition to green logistics system targeted freight cars to actively respond to becoming an era of low-carbon green growth and to reduce the nation's annual carbon dioxide emissions. Also, under green logistics system, the establishment of the efficient routing and management of carbon dioxide emissions by transportation are required to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop link travel information system (LTIS) considering carbon emissions for advanced green freight transport. For this purpose, link travel information by the existing ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) information and newly acquired information by USN (Ubiquitous Sensor Network) was combined, the combined transportation DB was built, and the built DB was merged with GIS (Geographic Information System) technology.
