摘要:Cloud computing is a technology that uses the Internet and central remote servers to access data and applications. Due to its public availability, the major challenge that faces cloud computing is how to secure, protect and process the data of the user. In this paper, we investigate different models and solutions for achieving the required level of confidentiality and integrity, according to recent studies. These models have been organized according to the security issues that we are handling. We found that there are many techniques that can be used to enhance integrity and confidentiality on the cloud, which include: encryption, separation, multilayered architectures, and anonymization. Encryption was found to be the most widely applied technique among the proposed models. There are also many models that combine more than one technique to gain a higher level of protection. It is worth mentioning that the security of the cloud computing environment requires further academic and industrial researches.
