摘要：Emerging information technology (EIT) projects generally have good investment value, how to evaluate the EIT projects; rely on the evaluation indexes system. In this paper, we put forth the evaluation indexes sequence (EIS) set and ordering structure of the EIS and the dominance structure in the EIS set for the EIT projects. We also give a model to evaluate the investment risk of the EIT projects by the deviation measure.
