摘要：The s ocial cataclysms of the 21 st century necessitate to carry out a s oci o - philosophical analysis of condi- tions of state power legitimacy . The author distin- guishes the fol lowing conditions of the legitimacy: 1) effective self - advertisement; 2) optim al HR man- agement ; 3) amorphism; 4) tolerance; 5) lability; 6) ability to manipulat e the social needs: dominant (wants of private property and of suffrag e) and over- built (moral and economic wants). The f actors , which are listed at items 3 – 6, require moderation. The dual morality is a factually necessary conditio n of the legit- imacy
