摘要:The article presents the results of the research con- cerned with the corporate culture of a machine building enterprise. The authors have developed a profile of ex- isting and preferable cultures . They also carried out an examination of the corporate culture by questionnaire poll of the personnel. As a result, there were detected problems, the resolution of which w ill improve the or- ganizational effectiveness of the enterprise.
