摘要：The article covers the problems in the sphere of prin- ciple rights, privileges and protection of single fathers in the Russian Federation. The status of single fathers in the foreign countries is studied as well. The authors list the Russian centers for psychological and educa- tional support of the single fathers and suggest the most appropriate measures of state assistance to this category of citizens
