  • 摘要:The yield, chemical composition and antibacterial activity of essential oil extracted from Lavandula officinalis leaves growing in Morocco were studied. The average content of essential oil from the leaves of this species is 1.12% relative to the dry matter. Fifty-three compounds were identified by GC / MS; 3-benzylsulfonyl-2,6,6-trimethylbicyclo(3.1.1 ) heptane(23.61%), Linalyl phenyl acetat (15.98%), Campholen aldehyd (9.17%), Borneol (9.3%), Eucalyptol (7.77%) and gamma Caldinen(11.64%) are the main chemical compounds of this oil. A strong inhibited activity against seven microorganisms is obtained.
