  • 摘要:In this investigation, the gastronomy in the Spanish press during the 19th century has been investigated though the online catalogue of the National Library. The results, most of them unpublished, reveal the relevant presence of the gastronomy in the news, articles and reports, and its development from 1860 on, but mostly during the last two decades of the century. Additionally, it has been possible to outline a categorization, as well as drafting part of its history and evolution in Spain.
