摘要：This paper pursues a double aim. First of all, to identify the main labour policies that are used by Spanish enterprises and their effects on working and employment conditions. This diagnosis will be based on the sociological research works carried out in the last fifteen years. Secondly, to stand up for the thesis that these policies can only be fully understood if we analyse them in a particular economic, social and political context. This context would be made up of the articulation between several sets of social practices, which can be expressed by the concept of Social Employment Regime .
