摘要:The use of L1 by EFL teachers aroused an interest in getting acquainted with what the most recent literature has published about it, as well as it became topic of a recent research carried out in a language school. This article is meant to give a brief idea about the proposals and results of such work. To sum up, L1 would take a special role in contributing with the co-construction of social meaning within interactions among active participants in a classroom.
