摘要：La Dra. Kelley Cristine Gonçalves Dias Gasque es especialista en Alfabetización Informacional invitada a abordar y explicar distintos conceptos de un tema que sigue en construcción. La Dra. Gasque presenta una breve historia y los modelos clave aceptados para el desarrollo de la alfabetización en información en los más diversos ambientes, y sus consecuencias para los involucrados. Complementa sus consideraciones explorar los efectos de grandes volúmenes de datos ( big data ) y los datos vinculados ( linked data ) en el proceso de aprendizaje continuo discutiendo perspectivas interesantes sobre el tema en los próximos 5-10 años.
