摘要：The paper describes an important research on teaching practices (OPERA) in Burkina Faso, using the most recent studies on the subject. From observations of classroom sessions, questionnaires and interviews for students, teachers and principals of 45 schools, the survey was able to identify the needs of teacher training, contributing, in this way, to improve the well quality of education systems in Africa, south of the Sahara. And this thanks to the experiences of research and training in this area, with a relective approach
