摘要：A pensão por morte é benefício que tem por objetivo garantir o sustento dos dependentes do servidor falecido, cabendo à legislação regular seus aspectos principais, dentre os quais figura o recebimento cumulado. Ocorre que a norma reguladora tem limitado o quantitativo que pode ser recebido, situação que contraria a Constituição Federal.
其他摘要：Pension for death is a benefit whose objective is to guarantee support for dependents of the deceased public employee, with its main principals regulated by law including the cumulative payment. The regulatory norm has limited the amount that can be received, which is contrary to the federal constitution.
